Frey: 6,5. Una ottima parata su Miccoli. Sempre sicuro anche con i piedi, nonostante le condizioni pessime del terreno di gioco.
Comotto: 6+. In crescita, suo il tiro-cross per la rete di Jovetic. Meglio del solito, ma può e deve dare molto di più.
Kroldrup: 6,5. Qualche lancio sbagliato, ma rimane concentrato per tutta la gara. Ed è un merito per uno che non gioca sempre.
Gamberini: 7. Sempre preciso negli anticipi. Sicuro, da inizio stagione non ha sbagliato una partita. E'tornato il miglior Gamberini.
Pasqual: 6. Meglio, come tutta la Fiorentina nel primo tempo. Cala molto nella ripresa.
Zanetti: 7. Molto meglio rispetto alla gara con lo Sporting. Regala assist importanti e in mezzo al campo si fa sentire. La sensazione è che con Donadel la coppia sia meglio assortita. Davvero una grandissima prestazione nel primo tempo, nella ripresa la stanchezza nel finale si fa sentire anche per lui.
31's Montolivo: sv
Donadel: 6,5. Combatte e morde in mezzo al campo, come sempre. Si danna l'anima, una buonissima partita la sua.
Santana: 6. Torna titolare dopo molto tempo. Sta bene e sulla destra incide, in attacco e in difesa. cala un po' alla distanza, ma è normale.
16'st Marchionni: 6. Fresco di convocazione in nazionale, cerca qualche accelerazione.
Jovetic: 7,5. Colpisce un palo dopo pochissimi minuti. Si vede che è vivo e che si è liberato di molte pressioni. Segna una bellissima rete e esulta sotto la Fiesole che urla il suo nome. adesso è lo JoJo che tutti vogliono. Gioca a tutto campo, da leader.
Vargas: 6+. Spinge, tenendo la Fiorentina sempre molto alta. Buone percussioni, sfortunato in qualche affondo. Meglio in altre gare.
37'st Jorgensen: sv
Gilardino: 6. Si muove molto, spesso raddoppiato non sempre è fortunato. Un po' stanco, normale. Ma lotta su tutti i palloni.
Prandelli: 7. Schiera dal primo minuto Jovetic e deve rinunciare a Montolivo. La Fiorentina gioca da subito bene, mette pressione al Palermo e riceve applausi dal pubblico. Nella ripresa i viola soffrono un po' di più e non riescono a chiudere la partita. Ma sono tre punti meritatissimi.

FIORENTINA
Frey - 6: Had very little to do on the whole, but produced an excellent save at the end to deny Cavani.
Comotto - 6.5: Produced a top-drawer cross for Jovetic to convert for his goal, and bombed forward well on the right flank.
Gamberini - 7: Could have doubled the Viola's lead but for an excellent block by Kjaer. He was a level head in the defence and helped to keep Miccoli starved of clear cut opportunities.
Kroldrup - 7: A very solid performance against the Rosanero, combined well with Gamberini and produced some key defensive headers to keep the visitors at bay.
Pasqual - 6: Overlapped well with Vargas but his passing was a little wayward at times. Slightly overwhelmed by Cavani's movement towards the end.
Donadel - 5.5: Did a job for the visitors but committed a number of needless fouls that put pressure on his side. He should practice his shooting technique next week, as his three efforts were miserable.
Zanetti - 8: A brilliant performance from the former Juventus man. Provided an excellent through ball for Jovetic early on, and showed an effective array of passing while making a number of ball-winning tackles. Tired towards the end due to his recovery from injury, and was substituted to a standing ovation.
Santana - 6: Much of the Viola's attacking play went down the left flank, but when it came down the right hand side Santana was rarely up to the task of providing a good delivery into the box.
Jovetic - 8.5: Another sublime display. Had a good effort that hit the post before scoring what proved to be the winning goal with an instinctive touch. Gave the Palermo defence problems all night long with his movement and skill on the ball.
Vargas - 6.5: The Peruvian blew hot and cold tonight. While he was capable of sending dangerous crosses in for Gilardino, he was also guilty of wasting possession with some careless passing.
Gilardino - 6: Should have scored early on as the goal gaped in front of him. However, he had little service as the two Palermo centre backs kept the former Milan striker quiet.
Subs
Marchionni - 6: A fairly uninspiring performance from the winger, perhaps keen to avoid injury ahead of his international duties.
Montolivo - 6: Replaced the flagging Zanetti and picked up the tempo of the game quickly, rarely losing possession.
Jorgensen - N/A
PALERMO
Rubinho - 5.5: Another poor performance from the former Genoa shot stopper. Looked uncertain throughout, particularly on crosses, and his distribution was haphazard. Could do nothing for the goal.
Cassani - 5.5: A difficult night for the 26-year-old as he usually found two of Pasqual, Vargas and Jovetic teaming up on him. Ventured forward in the second half, but his attacking play was below par.
Kjaer - 8.5: A rock at the heart of the Palermo defence. Saved two certain goals with some heroic defending, firstly from Gilardino and then from Gamberini.
Bovo - 7.5: While Kjaer got stuck in and took a number of knocks for his side, Bovo elegantly swept up loose balls and closed down his man. A good performance, but failed to pick up Jovetic for the goal.
Balzaretti - 6.5: He coped well with Santana and then Marchionni, and was regularly a threat down the left wing. Almost equalised in bizarre fashion right at the death.
Nocerino - 5.5: The 24-year-old broke forward well from midfield to support Pastore and the strikers, but was largely ineffective. Couldn't make his mark on the game, and was substituted for Simplicio.
Bertolo - 5: Very rarely involved in the game at all, a poor showing from the debutant. While he showed his talent with a darting run down the right wing, the experienced Zanetti had Bertolo totally in his pocket.
Bresciano - 6: Worked hard but the Australian found it difficult to impose himself in the midfield battle against Zanetti and Donadel.
Pastore - 5: Palermo were ordered to play the ball through the much-hyped Argentine by their president earlier this week, and Pastore had his share of the ball. However, only 21 of his 40 passes found their mark as he was careless in possession and contributed little to the attack.
Cavani - 7: The Uruguayan worked hard for his team tonight, dropping back to find possession and pulling out to both flanks to cut inside. Had a gilt-edged chance in the first half, but spent too much time on the ball and missed an opportunity to equalise.
Miccoli - 6: He was starved of service for most of the match, but was disappointing with his set piece deliveries. The former Fiorentina striker was clearly frustrated, and picked up a caution for backchat to the referee.
Subs
Simplicio - 6.5: Played deeper than Nocerino had in order to connect the defence with the midfield. The Brazilian did what was asked of him, and helped his side create more attacks as the game went on.
Budan - 6: He had a great chance to equalise with a header late on, and was unlucky to see it fly just over the crossbar.
